Quintessentially Caribbean!  Plantation style villa making good use of beautiful local hardwoods to provide attractive achitectural details in this new property located on an acre of land overlooking a sparkling Caribbean sea.  Just over an hour's drive from the airport, Englishman's Bay eco development offers seclusion, great natural beauty and a rare opportunity to get away from it all.  The villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and separate living and dining areas, both opening onto a deep verandah facing north to the bay.  A separate wing houses a fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom for added privacy.  Local amenities consistent with the two small fishing villages in the vicinity, so most shopping and dining must be done nearer the southwest end of the island.  Housekeeping is provided six days per week and cooking can be provided on request.

Located in a truly lovely setting on the coral headland at Petit Trou, looking east across the bay to Lambeau and Scarborough beyond.  A magical view at night and especially with a full moon!  This villa offers spacious ground floor accommodation including three air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bath, large living/dining and fully fitted kitchen with laundry room off.  Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with small verandah.  The colonnaded terrace opens onto an expansive pool deck with its large free form pool surrounded by palms and other shrubs.  Beyond the pool terrace is a lawn that sweeps down to the sea and the wooden lounging platform that hangs over the water and provides amazing views of the by and neighbouring Tobago Hilton.

One of the first requirements of a successful villa is that it has a breathtaking view.  And Paradis does!  Although part of the Mount Irvine golf course development, this villa overlooks not greens but blues, namely the Mount Irvine Bay and Grange Beach.  The villa has a long record of successful bookings, and offers two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in the main house, and a third en-suite bedroom in the separate poolside cottage that opens onto a large rectangular pool.  Living accommodation centres around the wide covered verandah off the dining room and fitted kitchen.  The villa is fully equipped for holiday rentals and has housekeeping service.

Solitaire nestles on a hillside and from it’s elevated position, affords particularly idyllic views over Buccoo Reef and the Caribbean Sea and picture perfect sunsets.  The spacious open plan dining and lounge area features a lofty pickled pink ceiling, cool tiled floors, coral stone walls and columns creating a light and airy ambience.  Elegant french doors open onto the natural teak patio and sundeck which flanks the dramatic infinity edged pool and is an ideal area for alfresco dining.  The villa offers two master bedrooms with queensized four poster beds and two double bedrooms all air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms.  In contrast to the rest of the villa, all bedrooms have hardwood floors and french doors that lead onto the sundeck.  The villa is outfitted with an interesting mixture of soft furnishings and handcrafted furniture from Trinidad  Staff includes housekeeper – 6 days per week, poolman, gardener and cook by arrangement.
