BON ACCORD, "Seashells Villa"
	An attractive purpose designed vacation rental property in the sought-after Crown Point area. Beautifully finished and fully equipped, the villa offers three double bedrooms (air-conditioned) and three bathrooms with a living room and ground floor porch, small pool and fitted kitchen and dining verandah on the first floor. The garden is fenced and full of exotic plants and shrubs.

ENGLISHMAN'S BAY, "Tanager Ridge"
	For the traveler who likes to stay off the beaten track, a three bedroom villa in the foothills of the Main Ridge, surrounded by rain forest to the south and the Caribbean Sea to the north. An open, spacious tropical home centered around a large pool and overlooking Englishman’s Bay with only a distant view of the neighbours. Accommodation includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, and a series of living areas which all open onto the terrace and pool. Lush vegetation and mountain birds surround the property. Driving time to the beach ten minutes and the Airport approximately one hour. Maid service included. Arrangements for a cook can be made separately.

BON ACCORD, "Coral Sea Villa"
	Very attractive Spanish style villa on the Bon Accord Development in the heart of Tobago's tourism activity. The villas are newly constructed and beautifully finished to offer three double air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and comfortable living accommodation with large verandah and pool. The villa is equipped to high standards and includes daily maid service. The airport is within a few minutes drive along with supermarket, restaurants, hotels etc. The famous Pigeon Point Resort is a five minute drive and all other Caribbean beaches in the southwest can be reached within fifteen minutes.

MOUNT IRVINE, "J'ouvert"
	Tobago first golf course, the Mount Irvine, is the location for this four bedroomed, four bathroomed villa with pool. Sited on a half acre of garden with surrounding Samaan trees, the villa accommodates ten persons with two master bedrooms with king sized beds and two other bedrooms each with three single beds. A large open plan room provides living, dining and kitchen space and off this main room is a wide verandah overlooking the pool with surrounding sundeck. J'ouvert is brightly decorated in bold contrasting colours and fully furnished for holiday vacations and includes cable tv and music center. Driving time to the airport is 15 minutes and there are restaurants, beaches and shopping all within a 10 minute drive. Maid service provided 6 days per week.

COURLAND, "Mock Turtle"
	One of the best known areas of Tobago is Turtle Beach on the Caribbean coast. Mock Turtle is within a few minutes walk of the beach and only a twenty minute drive from Crown Point International Airport. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a very comfortable high-ceilinged living/dining area, bold tropical furnishings and an enticing pool and jacuzzi with generous surrounding deck and cool gazebo. A perfect holiday setting. Maid service provided.
